Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Kids Party Planner, we strive to provide the best party planning experience possible. However, we understand that plans can change. Below is our policy regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation by Client

If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible:

• More than 14 days before the event: Full refund (less any third-party fees, if applicable).
• 7–14 days before the event: 50% refund of the package cost.
• Less than 7 days before the event: No refund is available.

2. Refund Processing

Once your cancellation request is approved, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days using the original method of payment.

3. Rescheduling Option

If you’d like to reschedule instead of canceling:

• Rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days before the event, subject to availability.
• No extra fees for reschedules more than 14 days in advance.
• For reschedules within 7–14 days, a 10% rescheduling fee applies.

4. Cancellation by Kids Party Planner

In the rare event we need to cancel (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances), we will:

• Inform you promptly.
• Offer a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra charge.
